Ordering

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the stated price
We will send you an order confirmation email — this does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in the case of pricing errors or stock issues, and will provide a full refund if this occurs

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed
  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering
  • We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal)

(incorporated in Tennessee, USA) and are used by Rhuomai Ltd under licence. Additional content independently created by Rhuomai Ltd remains the intellectual property of Rhuomai Ltd. All rights reserved. No content may be reproduced without the written permission of the relevant rights holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question
  • CPRWrap products are designed to assist with CPR and emergency response. They do not replace proper first-aid training. We strongly recommend that all users undertake certified CPR training

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may also have rights under their respective laws, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
