Refund & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CPRWrap purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please read our returns and refund policy below.

Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

  • The cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order
  • To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days at info@cprwrapeu.com
  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation

Condition of Returned Goods — Important

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The original packaging must be completely intact and unopened
  • The product must be unused and in its original, saleable condition
  • All labels, seals, and tamper-evident packaging must be undamaged

Please note: CPRWrap products are medical devices. We are unable to accept returns of products where the packaging has been opened or tampered with, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the device for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@cprwrapeurope.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or damage
  • Photographs of the damage/fault and packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at info@cprwrapeu.com to notify us and receive a returns authorisation and return shipping labels
  • Pack the item securely in its original, intact packaging
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
  • Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
  • We will refund the original product price and standard delivery cost
  • Express delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error

We do not currently offer exchanges.

These policies were last reviewed in May 2026 and are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may also have rights under their respective laws, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
